The LEGO F-18 Hornet Jet Fighter MOC is a tribute to one of the world’s most recognized multi-role fighters.
The F/A-18 Hornet was initially developed in the 1970s for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, designed to serve as both a fighter and attack aircraft. It gained fame for its agility, advanced avionics, and ability to operate on aircraft carriers.
Used extensively by several military forces, including the U.S. Navy’s Blue Angels demonstration team, the F-18 has proven its versatility in various combat missions and aerial displays worldwide.

The armory compartments under the wings are one of my favorite aspects of this model, since none of the previous F Series jet fighters I designed had them.
