LEGO HMS NELSON BATTLESHIP MOC
A product of the Washington Naval Treaty that imposed limits on warship construction after World War I.

Named after the famed British admiral, Lord Nelson, this vessel was designed with all three of its main gun turrets mounted forward, giving it a unique and easily recognizable profile.
Serving in the Royal Navy from the late 1920s through World War II, HMS Nelson played a key role in naval operations, including convoy protection and supporting the invasion of Normandy.
Its unique design made it one of the most unusual battleships of its time, with the forward placement of its guns allowing it to deliver significant firepower in head-on engagements.
MODEL #0086 | 119 pcs.
This is truly one of the most unique battleship models in my collection of design. With all turrets mounted forward, I had to move the entire bride at the rear, which also changes the position of the SNOT bricks keeping the armored sides.
