The MS Poseidon, as portrayed in the 2006 film Poseidon, is a fictional luxury ocean liner that meets a tragic fate. The movie, directed by Wolfgang Petersen, centers on the struggle of passengers and crew after the ship is capsized by a massive rogue wave on New Year’s Eve.

Inspired by real-life luxury liners, the Poseidon represents the grandeur of classic ocean travel, boasting elegant amenities and large open spaces, similar to those found on historical vessels like the RMS Queen Mary.

MODEL #0103 | 142 pcs.

Based on the 1×4 hinge plates used on the RMS Queen Mary 2 model, I reused the design of the ship to recreate the Poseidon that was featured in the movie.
