LEGO TYPE XXI ELEKTROBOOT SUBMARINE MOC
Can you hear that?

The Type XXI Elektroboot submarine was a revolutionary U-boat developed by Nazi Germany during World War II, representing a major leap in submarine technology.
Often considered the first true modern submarine, the Type XXI featured advanced electric propulsion systems that allowed it to operate underwater for extended periods—longer than any previous submarine. Its design and enhanced battery capacity enabled greater speed and stealth, making it difficult for Allied forces to detect. Though it saw limited action due to late deployment in 1944, the Type XXI influenced submarine designs worldwide, shaping post-war naval engineering.
MODEL #0131 | 1:500 | 73 pcs.
Out of all the submarines I designed in 2021, this one has the smoothest and most streamlined hull design. Of course, it’s also because the real-life version of this U-boot was also slick and built that way.
Notice the way I use inverted flippers at the front of the submarine which are use to control it’s vertical pitch underwater.
