The LEGO U-505 Submarine MOC is a tribute to one of the most famous German U-boats from World War II.
The U-505 was a Type IXC submarine that was captured by the United States Navy in 1944, marking one of the few times in history that a foreign submarine was boarded and seized.
This capture provided the Allies with critical intelligence and helped shape the course of the naval war in the Atlantic. Today, the U-505 is preserved as a museum piece at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, where it serves as a testament to a dramatic piece of wartime history.

This is a complete redesign of my previous LEGO U-505 Submarine MOC. Unlike the previous design, this one is built to the realistic dimensions of the real U-505 submarine.
Not to mention, I completely overhauled the design of the propulsion system and added a more detailed tower.
