LEGO AKULA CLASS NUCLEAR SUBMARINE MOC
There is a giant fish lurking beneath the icy waters of the Arctic.

The Akula-class nuclear submarine, introduced by the Soviet Navy in the mid-1980s, is a underwater vessel known for its stealth, speed, and versatility.
Officially designated as Project 971 “Shchuka-B,” the Akula class was designed for both offensive and defensive roles, including anti-submarine warfare, intelligence gathering, and launching long-range cruise missiles. These submarines are equipped with advanced sonar and weapons systems, making them a critical component of Russia’s naval strategy. The Akula’s quiet operation and ability to remain submerged for extended periods have made it one of the most feared and respected submarines in the world.
MODEL #0158 | 1:500 | 135 pcs.
Using a pair of 1×2 bars you can make a pretty cool detailed version of a periscope tower on a submarine. Just make one higher than the other one and it will look perfect. Just like the tower I designed on this model.
